Engaging the Evolving Workforce in Compliance

Corporate compliance programs can only be successful when employees adopt the processes and practices that the company has carefully developed. Achieving full staff participation is especially challenging today, with increasing workforce diversity in terms of age, cultural background, and comfort level with technology.
In this podcast, Jeff Brandeis, growth markets director for Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions, talks to Compliance Week about how companies can:

  • Encourage users of all ages to adhere to defined policies
  • Design programs that accommodate differing levels of technology adoption
  • Leverage technology to connect a global GRC staff located in offices around the world
