Dan Myers is Vice President-Policies for Halliburton. He manages the corporate policy function for Halliburton, the corporate licensing function for all U.S. operations (which includes licensing of explosives and radioactive materials), and supports the International Trade Controls group within the Law Department for issues related to US and international Customs.
Dan provides legal support on Customs matters to Halliburton’s International Trade Controls (ITC) group. He has supervised several major disputes with U.S. and Canadian customs authorities. Dan worked with the ITC and Halliburton’s Global Logistics Department to develop policies and procedures to deal with import and export issues worldwide.
